CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Zumba®: Active dance cardio class that will blow your mind! A great atmosphere with a great instructor to keep you moving!
Total Body Conditioning: An intermediate conditioning class for all ages.

Cardio Bootcamp: 45 minute class for all ages providing total body cardio conditioning as well as a complete series of explosive dynamic drills.

Peaceful Yoga: Strengthen the body and calm the mind through as you move through a series of yoga poses.

Forever Young: Fitness for active seniors.

45 & Better: Functional fitness designed to maximize health potential.

Core and Glutes Burn Out: High intensity class to target your midsection and glutes.

Full Body Training: Intense strength and cardio workout.
