Classes Description:

Insanity® – Thrilling workout takes you through cardio drills, athletic conditioning, and explosive moves to make today limits tomorrow.

WERQ – A fiercely fun dance fitness class based on chart topping pop, rock and hip hop music.

SilverSneakers® – Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.

Boot Camp – A workout that will kick you into shape. It consists of cardio, weights and abs.

Step – Cardiovascular workout done around an adjustable platform, adding risers (steps) can add intensity. Basic step also available.

Ab Attack – An hour full of targeting upper abs, lower abs and obliques.

Interval – A combination of weights, pilates and yoga. A great way to get a total body workout while switching up the style.

Yoga/Pilates – A non-cardiovascular workout, breathing linked with flow movements. Improve balance, coordination, flexibility and strength.

Circuit Training – A form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. Targets strength building and muscular endurance.

Total Body – 20 minutes of weights/toning, 20 minutes core/pilates work, 20 minutes stretching and yoga – a well rounded workout. Perfect for the beginner or experienced member.

Zumba┬« – A cardiovascular dance workout using hip-hop, salsa, and meringue type moves to fun, loud, energetic music! Very popular!
